Billing, in plain words
Packs are one-time purchases — no subscription, no auto-renew, no auto-top-up. One credit = one batch item; a credit is consumed only when that item finishes successfully inside the covered scope. Failed, unsupported or cancelled items give the credit back, and uncertain results are not charged.
Credits are valid for 12 months with a reminder email before expiry. New purchases carry a 7-day money-back guarantee as long as fewer than 20% of the credits are used; EU/UK consumers keep their statutory withdrawal rights. Full details: Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
