Our current service is free

Sonicert currently provides AI music detection free of charge. We do not currently offer paid plans, credit packs or subscriptions. You do not need to make a payment to use the checker.

Do refunds apply?

There is no payment to refund for use of our current free service. If you see a charge you believe is related to Sonicert, please contact us using the process below so we can investigate.

How to contact us about a charge

Email support@sonicert.com with the following information. No Sonicert account or sign-in is required.

• The email address used for the purchase or receipt.
• The charge date, amount and currency.
• A transaction reference or receipt, if available.
• A brief explanation of the issue.

Do not send full payment card numbers, passwords or bank login details. We will check whether the charge belongs to Sonicert and reply with our findings and any applicable next steps.

Future paid services

If we introduce paid services, we will publish the applicable refund conditions before accepting payments. This policy describes the current free service and does not set refund conditions for future purchases.
